Your photo stays yours

You keep full ownership of every photo you send. By ordering you confirm that you took the photo or have permission to use it, and you give me permission to use it for the one purpose of preparing and printing your order. I will not put your photo on this site, on social media, or in any advertising unless you tell me in writing that I may.

How long files are kept

Uploaded photos are stored in a private area that only I can open. They are kept for 90 days after your order is completed, in case a reprint is needed, and then permanently deleted. Ask me at any time and I will delete them sooner.

I do not share your files

Your photos and contact details are never sold, traded or handed to anyone else. They are used only to make your print and to email you about your order.

Orders, approval and cancellation

Submitting the form is a request, not a payment. I email a preview for approval and print only after you approve it. You can cancel free of charge any time before you approve. Because each piece is made for one person, a completed print can be remade if it arrives damaged or is wrong against the approved preview, but it cannot be resold.
